Hello, I am going to try to start a new barkery, if I can, I love baking , really I love it, so I traveled around to the places I thought one would learn how to bake the perfect bread, and pastries, I am a pastry chef, No, I am not, nothing against them, I just don't have the patients that they have, am I a cake baker, No, again I don't have the patients that they have, I think I'm just a regular Baker a break because I love to bake bread and I love the look of pastries so I bake them both and that led me into buying A building, in which I went to turn into a bakery,..... And well there is so much more into it than I ever realized, so I figured I'd create a blog just for the memories in the document what I've been doing.
